SHIPPING METHODS: 

In the Baltic countries (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania), delivery is possible through Omniva parcel machines or Venipak courier.
Delivery time: 2 – 3 working days. 

Outside the Baltic countries, delivery is carried out using DHL Express.
Delivery time: 2 – 7 working days. 

PICKUP AT URZO OFFICE: 

Orders can be picked up at Urzo office, located at 24 Kleistu Street, Imanta, on working days, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (or at a previously arranged time).
You will be able to receive your order on the next working day after making the purchase. 

RETURNS AND WITHDRAWAL RIGHTS:

You have the right to withdraw from the purchased items within 14 days after receiving the order, by sending them back by mail. 
The items must be unused and undamaged.
The customer bears the return shipping costs.
After receiving the goods, we will refund the money to your account within 3 working days from the receipt of the goods at our warehouse, but in some cases, bank transfers between banks may take up to 30 days.

RETURN OF DAMAGED PRODUCTS:

If you receive an order with damaged packaging, you must take a photo in the presence of the courier.

If you received the order using a parcel machine, you must take the photo immediately, next to the parcel machine. This photo must be sent to the email: info@urzonailfiles.com 

If the product is damaged, you must take a photo of the damaged product and send it to us via email: info@urzonailfiles.com
